MUSTARD GREENS
Mustard greens are the leaves of the mustard plant. The seeds are also pressed to make mustard oil, and the edible leaves can be eaten as mustard greens. These mustard greens have a pungent, peppery and slightly bitter flavor. Sometimes they have a curly edge and sometimes flat. They are very rich in vitamin A and K.
